- An active Cloudbeds account with API access. You may need to request API capability from Cloudbeds. (Not a Cloudbeds user yet? We do offer consulting services to help you with that).
- Information about the extra services your resort provides and the prices for those, whether they are in-house or outsourced.
- Reliable Internet access
- Google Chromecast or Amazon Firestick for each guest room (if you want to use the TV option)
Our idea
We know full well startup software companies don’t always make it. It can be a real struggle to understand a market niche, create software that is attractive and functional, and set a price people are willing to pay. And while Planniac is fully functional and tested by Belizean resorts already, we want it to be rock solid before setting it loose on a broader market.
So we thought, since we need Pilot users, why not ask more of our peers in Belize to take it for a spin and let us know what they think? Our very first users in Cayo and Placencia gave us a lot of feedback and we’ve even introduced valuable new features based on their suggestions.
